Monolayer WTe2的非传统超导相图

摘要

量子临界点(QCP)及其周围的涨落被认为是理解类似铜配合物、铁配合物和重铀超导体等非传统超导体相图的关键因素。然而,QCP通常被埋没在超导穹顶的深层位置,难以进行实验探讨。量子临界涨落与超导性之间的联系仍是凝聚态物理中的未解之谜。本文结合电气传输和Nernst实验,明确展示了在栅极调控下的单层钨基亚硒化物(WTe2)中,超导性在非传统QCP处于启动状态,其特征与常规Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer(BCS)情景不兼容。结果 lead to a new superconducting phase diagram that is distinguished from other known superconductors. 在超导穹顶的两端,我们观察到两个不同的栅极调控量子相转变。我们发现,处于欠掺杂 regime下QCP处的量子涨落对于理解单层超导性的建立至关重要。我们在此报告的非传统相图揭示了超导性与QCP之间此前所未知的关系。
