围岩模式(WGM)激光传感器利用平面色散场与表面邻近区域之间的相互作用,为生物分析和疾病筛查提供增强灵敏度的无标签检测能力。然而,由于轴向约束较弱导致激发的螺旋模态及其检测潜力被忽略了。在本研究中,开发了一种基于薄壁毛管活性谐振器局域锥形模态的微流体细胞仪器, demonstrated ultrasensitive refractive index and biomolecule detection capabilities. 该传感器对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)实现非特异性检测,对人源胰腺癌相关细胞黏附剂肠素酶样蛋白5(CEACAM5)实现特异性检测,检测限极低(0.38ag/mL,5zM),灵敏度在线性区域达到0.25nm/(ag/mL)。这些结果约为当前报道的活性WGM生物传感器灵敏度的数量级,显示出巨大的生物标志物检测潜力。
