绝缘体上铌酸锂芯片上超亮复用能量-时间纠缠光子生成

摘要
高通量纠缠光子源是量子光学研究与应用的关键资源。本文在绝缘体上铌酸锂(LNOI)芯片上实现了该源,其光子对产生率为2.79×10^11 Hz/mW,光谱亮度为1.53×10^9 Hz/nm/mW。相比现有技术,这些数据提升了两个数量级以上。为实现8通道复用能量-时间纠缠,设计了130 nm带宽。借助高消光频率关联及可见度高达99.17%的Franson干涉,这种能量-时间纠缠复用进一步提升了高通量数据率,并保障了片上量子信息处理的广泛应用。
