1310 nm 偏振纠缠光子的集成光学源

摘要

我们报道了一种新型偏振纠缠光子对源的实现,该源基于钛扩散波导,集成在周期性极化铌酸锂上,由 655 nm 的连续波激光器泵浦。配对光子以 1310 nm 的通信波长发射,带宽为 0.7 nm。通过双光子聚结实验测量了光子对的量子特性,显示出 85% 的可见度。评估的源亮度约为 10510^5s1GHz1mW1s^{-1} GHz^{-1} mW^{-1},加上其紧凑性和可靠性,证明了该源在长距离量子通信中的巨大潜力。
