扭转角对共面转换液晶显示器动态响应的影响

摘要
分析了扭转角对共面转换液晶显示器响应时间的影响。我们提出了一种器件结构，其上下边界液晶层相对于电场方向对称。该器件结构的解析结果表明，其响应时间比传统的共面转换扭曲向列模式和普通共面转换模式至少快4倍。
