摘要
使用一个简单的紧束缚模型，我们比较了由半导体的复能带结构得出的隧穿预测的局限性，与针对相同半导体间隔层但考虑其为有限宽度并夹在金属电极之间的薄膜计算输出。比较是作为间隔层宽度和界面粗糙度的函数进行的。
