利用 MINERvA 数据调整 GENIE 介子产生模型

摘要

面对几 GeV 中微子能量下中微子相互作用测量之间未解决的张力,当前实验被迫接受较大的系统不确定性以覆盖其数据与模型预测之间的差异。本文使用 NUISANCE 将 GENIE 中广泛使用的介子产生模型与四项 MINERvA 带电流介子产生测量进行比较。此处给出了调整(即模型参数修正)以帮助 GENIE 匹配 MINERvA 及较早的气泡室数据。我们发现,MINERvA 中测量的核靶散射与气泡室数据中的核子(氢或氘)靶散射并不吻合良好。还给出了针对低-Q2Q^2 区域(预期集体效应较大)的额外特设修正。尽管这些调整和修正改善了 GENIE 与数据的一致性,建模仍不完美。在 NUISANCE 框架内开发这些调整,便于直接扩展到其他中微子事件生成器和模型,并允许在可用时省略或纳入新数据集。
