多晶Mg(1-x)Al(x)B(2)的X射线光电子能谱研究

摘要
通过常规固态反应法制备了多晶Mg(1-x)Al(x)B(2) (x = 0, 0.1, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 1)样品。研究了Mg 2p、Al 2p和B 1s核心级的结合能。发现Mg 2p、Al 2p和B 1s核心级的结合能随Al含量的增加而变化,当x = 0.5时,Mg 2p和Al 2p的结合能最大值出现在样品Mg(0.5)Al(0.5)B(2)中。与Mg 2p和Al 2p核心级不同,B 1s结合能在x = 0.5时显示最小值。
