将深度学习整合到医疗保健中能够实现个性化护理，但由于模型的不透明性引发了信任问题。为了提高透明度，我们提出了一个从全景片进行牙科年龄估计的系统，该系统在自然语言生成（NLG）模块内结合了不透明方法和透明方法。该模块生成关于年龄估计的、对临床医生友好的文本解释，这些解释是通过基于规则的方法与牙科专家共同设计的。遵循该领域的最佳实践，生成解释的质量由牙科专家使用问卷进行了人工验证。结果显示出强大的性能，专家在考虑的五个维度上的平均评分为 4.77+/-0.12（满分 5 分）。我们还根据 ALTAI 清单执行了可信自评估程序，在 AI 可信度评估列表的七个维度上得分为 4.40+/-0.27（满分 5 分）。
