Scopus 与 Web of Science 收录的俄罗斯科研产出趋势

摘要
我们分析了俄罗斯机构发表且被 Scopus 和 Web of Science 收录的文献年度数量趋势，特别关注自 2013 年俄罗斯政府启动 5-100 计划以来的时段。数量按文献类型、出版语言、来源类型、研究学科、国家和来源进行细分。结论是俄罗斯发文量强烈依赖于所用数据库以及数据库收录范围的变化，并且在将源自 WoS（尤其是 Scopus）的指标用作测量俄罗斯科学系统科研绩效与国际导向的工具时应持谨慎态度。
