纳米结构中的输运:无穷态格林函数与密度矩阵的比较

摘要
研究半导体纳米结构中的稳态电子输运,使用无穷态格林函数方法。对于顺序隧穿,结果与密度矩阵理论进行了比较,几乎得到相同的结果。然而,由于格林函数方法在能量尺度上具有绝对能量标度,其处理更为便捷。 demonstrated that transport in complicated structures, like quantum cascade lasers, can be described in reasonable agreement with experiment.
