摘要
我们研究了 Bi掺杂 Pb 材料的超导行为。纯铅表现出I型超导,在外磁场下进入中间态。高浓度 Bi掺杂(>3%)导致II型超导行为,表现为混合态,其中磁场以通量格�子形式渗透超导体。 在中间掺浆度下,样品根据温度表现出I型和II型超导行为。这是由于亨氏-朗道参数随温度穿过其临界值而引起的。
