摘要
在楔形 disclination 偶极子（WDD）模型框架内研究了晶界对声子的散射问题。结果表明，双轴 WDD 声子平均自由程特定的 q 依赖性导致了热导率 的低温交叉行为。所得结果能够解释在 和 中实验观测到的在 以下 偏离 依赖关系的现象。
