基于强化学习运动模仿的上下文感知类人指向手势生成

摘要
指向是与机器人交互的关键方式,然而大多数先前的工作侧重于识别而非生成。我们提供了一个涵盖多种风格、惯用手和空间目标的人类指向手势运动捕捉数据集。利用结合运动模仿的强化学习,我们训练出能够再现类人指向同时最大化精度的策略。结果表明,我们的方法能够在仿真中实现上下文感知的指向行为,在任务性能与自然动态之间取得平衡。
