摘要
诸如医疗保健管理之类的传统社会组织，是那些与当今我们所经历的运营环境大不相同的设计产物。新环境暴露了我们社会的所有脆弱性。本文通过结合面向社会的社区和复杂事件处理概念，引入了一个平台：SELFSERV。其目标是通过探索文化特定方面和技术挑战，以基于自助服务范式的更智能社会组织形式来补充“旧配方”。
