石墨中光学声子的时间分辨拉曼光谱：声子非谐耦合与反常硬化

摘要
应用时间分辨拉曼光谱探测了石墨中光学声子的非谐耦合和电子-声子相互作用。通过超快激发后G模瞬态反斯托克斯散射的衰减，我们测量了区域中心光学声子的寿命为2.2±0.1皮秒。我们还观察到G模声子的瞬态硬化，这一效应归因于高电子温度下电子-声子耦合的减弱。
