α-Ti合金循环加载中三维原位织构演变与塑性累积

摘要
利用高能同步辐射X射线追踪六方Ti-7Al微观组织在低于宏观屈服应力循环加载下的晶粒转动与微观力学演化。经过200次循环的晶粒演化显示,整个试样中von Mises应力与取向持续变化,表明尽管样品在低于宏观屈服应力下循环,塑性仍在缓慢累积。尽管(宏观)塑性应变极小,晶粒重取向与拉伸织构的发展一致。观察到处于“硬”取向(c轴接近加载方向)的晶粒在卸载时其滑移系上保留的残余应力多于“软”取向的晶粒。
