摘要
最近，Ruffini等人指出重复冲击过程无法耗尽克朗黑洞可提取的全部能量。本文另一行文指出，瑞士-诺兹曼斯坦黑洞的电荷不能通过在有限迭代步骤后终止的重复电脑冲击过程降至恰好为零，这表明该过程存在一种新的热力学第三定律类比。
