摘要

我们从手征模型方法讨论了稠密强子与夸克物质中的相。在 PNJL 模型中，研究了各种颜色数 $N_c$ 的相图。还讨论了量子场论中相是如何受到约束的，以及反常匹配。具有手征群未破缺中心对称的奇异相在热力学上具有特征，这可以解释为 $N_c=3$ 时 QCD 中夸克子相的一种实现。
