摘要
本文研究了可见光波段磷化镓光子晶体腔中的热光效应。通过测量窄共振峰的位移，我们推导了在约605 nm波长下、温度范围5 K至300 K内，磷化镓在阿托升体积中的局部折射率的温度依赖性。此外，还研究了光子晶体腔用于可见光热光开关的潜力。作为示例，我们展示了具有13 dB对比度的热光开关。
