连续域束缚态中的热光滞回现象

摘要
我们考虑了支持连续域束缚态的硅结构中的热光滞回现象。将辐射传热作为主要冷却机制，我们构建了一个描述光学响应的非线性模型。结果表明，在临界耦合条件下，在可见光红端可用低强度入射光获得热光滞回。
