片上屈曲穹顶 Fabry-Perot 微腔的热机械表征

摘要

我们报道了弯曲镜面 Fabry-Perot 谐振器的热机械和热调谐特性,这些谐振器是通过在多层 a-Si/SiO2 堆叠中圆形分层屈曲的引导组装制造的。描述了温度依赖性、有效弹簧常数和机械模式频率的分析模型,并显示与实验结果吻合良好。这些腔体展现出的模式体积小至 10λ3\sim10\lambda^3,受反射率限制的精细度 3×103\sim3\times10^3,以及 MHz 范围的机械共振频率。这类单片腔体阵列可能在传感、腔量子电动力学和光力学中的应用令人关注。
