电泳沉积中聚合物界面的热粗糙化与去粗糙化

摘要

通过离散晶格上的三维蒙特卡洛模拟,研究了聚合物链电泳沉积中界面宽度的热标度和弛豫。平衡界面宽度WrW_r随温度TT的变化在低温下表现出去粗糙化WrTδW_r \propto T^{-\delta},其中δ1/4\delta \sim 1/4,在高温下表现出粗糙化WrTνW_r \propto T^{\nu},其中ν0.4\nu \sim 0.4。粗糙化-去粗糙化转变温度TtT_t随链长的增加而升高,并因较慢的链段动力学而降低。
