摘要
通过离散晶格上的三维蒙特卡洛模拟,研究了聚合物链电泳沉积中界面宽度的热标度和弛豫。平衡界面宽度随温度的变化在低温下表现出去粗糙化,其中,在高温下表现出粗糙化,其中。粗糙化-去粗糙化转变温度随链长的增加而升高,并因较慢的链段动力学而降低。
