在科学CCD中实现加权多重采样的理论框架与仿真结果

摘要

数字相关双采样(DCDS)是一种基于在读出CCD时对每个像素进行多次模数转换的技术。该技术允许移除模拟积分器,从而简化读出电子电路。本工作中,提出了一个理论框架,用于计算像素样本的最优加权系数,以最小化在CCD输出端测得的读出噪声。通过使用一个将白噪声与闪烁噪声分开处理的CCD输出放大器噪声模型,所提出的数学工具能够以确定性方式计算最优样本系数。通过修改噪声分布,我们的仿真结果达成了一致,从而解释了此前相互矛盾的结果。
