摘要
随着变革性人工智能（Transformative Artificial Intelligence）的出现，能够衡量并预测创新的变革性影响/潜力比以往任何时候都更为重要。然而，现有方法在面对这一任务时存在不足。本文介绍了 Transform-o-meter；这是一种可用于实现上述目标的方法论，可应用于任何创新，无论是有形的还是无形的。虽然该方法可有效用于所述目的，但应将其视为一种初步方法；有待进一步迭代、研究和完善。
