摘要

将用于计算GaAs/AlAs 超晶格（SL）中声子色散导致的三倍热导率下降的技术方法应用到HgTe/CdTe SL上。下降因子约为相同值，表明该超晶格可同时用作光电探测器和热电制冷器。
