摘要
对 (R)Ba_2Cu_3O_{6+x} 系列样品在 T>T_c 条件下的热容进行分析。所有样品均发现异常,其稳定发生在 250-290 K 区间(异常 T_h)。该异常 T_h 类似相变异常。进一步表明异常 T_h 与超导异常 T_c 相关联,其中 T_h 与 T_c 之间存在比例关系 T_h≈3T_c。将异常 T_h 解释为载流子配对的起源。在 T≈3T_c 处的异常亦在 Hg 和 Nb_3Ge 等低温超导体的热容中检测到。
