LiFeAs和NaFeAs的合成与表征

摘要

最新同系超导砷化物LiFeAs (Li111)和NaFeAs (Na111)已被合成并研究。两者均以层状四方反-PbFCl型结构在P4/nmm空间群中结晶。Li111和Na111的多晶样品和单晶分别显示出约18 K和12-25 K的超导转变。尽管明显存在弱磁背景,但在两种化合物中均未发现磁序。探索了Li111和Na111的载流子起源和化学计量组成。
