SAMI星系巡天:第三次也是最后一次数据发布

摘要

我们已进入一个新纪元,其中星系的积分视场光谱巡天已足够大,能在宇宙学显著体积上充分采样大尺度结构。这是SAMI星系巡天的首要设计目标。在此数据发布3(DR3)中,我们发布了所观测的完整样本共3068个独特星系的数据。这首次包含了888个独特星系的SAMI星系团样本。每个星系有两个主要光谱立方,分别覆盖蓝端(370-570nm)和红端(630-740nm)光学波长范围,光谱分辨本领分别为R=1808和4304。对于每个主要立方,我们还提供三个空间分箱光谱立方和一组标准化孔径光谱。对于每个星系,我们包含了对发射线和吸收线光谱数据进行参数化拟合得到的完整二维图。这些图提供了气体电离与运动学、恒星运动学与种群等信息。所有数据均可通过Australian Astronomical Optics(AAO)Data Central在线获取。
