摘要
我们批判性地评估了开放量子系统相干控制策略理论描述中最普遍的假设。我们表明，对于非马尔可夫开放系统动力学，这种固定耗散器假设会导致一个严重的陷阱，在受控系统的有效建模中引起无法克服的困难。我们表明，避免这些问题的唯一途径是在噪声存在下对受控系统进行完整的微观描述。我们用一个典型示例阐明了我们的发现。
