十之力量: 数字时代的新规

摘要
随着人工智能的快速发展，社会越来越被对超人工智能和无缝数字未来的承诺所吸引。然而，这些愿景常常掩盖了与普遍数字技术相关的日益加剧的社会、伦理和心理问题——从监视到精神健康危机。本文认为，迫切需要一种指导精神来应对这些变革。灵感来自《十诫》持久影响力，欧洲一个跨学科团队提出了“数字时代的十条规则”——一种新型伦理框架，帮助个人和社会在“超强”技术时代作出明智、以人类为中心的决策。
