摘要
在审阅 Voyage 2050 过程的白皮书，并于 2019 年 10 月在马德里公开报告其中若干白皮书之后，我们作为白皮书牵头作者，识别出一个超越各专题小组所围绕划分的、连贯的科学主题。本说明旨在凸显这一协同科学主题，并使专题小组与 Voyage 2050 高级委员会意识到这些课题的广泛重要性及其在全球科学界所获得的广泛支持。
