太阳极地射线的本质

摘要
我们利用 SOHO 和 Yohkoh 航天器的时间序列观测研究了太阳极地射线。与我们的预期相反，我们发现射线与太阳上的活动区相关，而非极地星际孔的特征。它们是由活动区形成的延伸、热等离子体结构，投射至视线平面上。我们提出了新的观测和简单投影模型，以匹配同步图中看到的持久极地射线结构。个别的投影模式可持续至少 5 个日轮。
