用于硼中子俘获治疗期间实时硼成像与测定的 i-TED 康普顿相机阵列

摘要

本文探讨了 i-TED 康普顿成像仪在硼中子俘获治疗(BNCT)实时剂量测定中的改造与应用。i-TED 阵列此前曾用于 CERN 的核天体物理实验,目前正针对 478 keV 伽马射线的探测与成像进行优化,这对于准确的 BNCT 剂量测定至关重要。通过详细的 Monte Carlo 模拟,优化了 i-TED 探测器配置,并提升了其在 BNCT 典型的恶劣辐射环境中的性能。此外,实现并验证了先进的 3D 图像重建算法,包括反投影和列表模式最大似然期望最大化(List-Mode Maximum Likelihood Expectation Maximization, LM-MLEM)的组合,这些均通过模拟完成。在 Institut Laue-Langevin(ILL)进行的初步实验测试证明了 i-TED 在临床环境中的潜力,正在进行的实验侧重于在真实的 BNCT 条件下提高成像能力。
