摘要
细胞色素 P450 是药物代谢及其他相关过程中的基础蛋白。通过文本挖掘与 P450 文献的网络分析相结合，我们描绘了从事该蛋白家族研究的生物医学研究群体的出现与演化。我们的结果表明，历史上研究 P450 的科研群体主要围绕方法学成就出现并组织起来，如药物诱导动物肝微粒体 P450、在体外代谢研究中使用 P450 酶化学抑制剂，以及大肠杆菌表达系统的开发。我们发现了明确证据，表明 P450 研究确实构成了一种物质科学文化，正如我们在文中讨论的。
