摘要

我们研究了由两个通过约瑟夫森结串联耦合的超导岛组成的超导双量子点的能量学。稳定性图的周期性由充电能与超导能隙之间的竞争所主导，且每个电荷态的稳定性取决于其宇称。我们还发现，在有限温度下，热力学考量对稳定性图有显著影响。
