过冷二氧化硅的动力学：声学模式与玻色峰

摘要
利用分子动力学计算机模拟，我们研究了过冷二氧化硅在0.5-20~THz频率范围和0.13-1.1\AA^{-1}波矢范围内的动力学。我们发现，对于小波矢，色散关系与实验中发现的结果非常一致，并且观察到玻色峰出现的频率在约0.39\AA^{-1}处达到最大值。
