晶态固体中空位气体的溶解与晶界扩散

摘要
基于固体在应力或张力作用下的空位数密度公式，建立了晶态固体中的晶界扩散模型。我们获得了晶界扩散的激活能（依赖于表面张力或晶界能），以及空位和扩散物种在晶界附近的分布。
