摘要
PANDA实验是正在达姆施塔特FAIR建设的四大实验之一。它将使用动量范围1.5至15 GeV/c的冷却反质子束打固定靶,以解决强QCD问题,其中耦合常数。高达的光度以及低至\mbox{p/p = 4}的反质子束动量分辨率可实现高精度谱学,尤其针对稀有反应过程。在开粲介子产生阈值以上,K介子的产生对鉴别反应具有重要作用。DIRC原理可在封闭探测器中对带电粒子进行紧凑的粒子鉴别,其尺寸受电磁铅钨酸盐量能器限制。靶谱仪中的桶式DIRC覆盖至的极角,并将实现直至3.5 GeV/的3倍标准偏差的π-K分离。此处给出了一根辐射体棒耦合至具有张开角的棱镜的束流测试结果,二者均由合成熔融石英制成,由768像素的光子探测器阵列读出。
