体熔化的解析理论 II:面心立方晶体中的变分法解

摘要

延续论文 I(arXiv: cond-mat/0405487)中的论证,我们对无表面面心立方(fcc)元素晶体中间隙缺陷的温度依赖性进行建模,并基于变分法获得自由能和关联行为。我们表明,间隙缺陷的雪崩是熔点处的不稳定性机制,它连接了林德曼判据和玻恩判据。
