钯的自旋霍尔角的温度依赖性

摘要
本研究通过自旋泵浦实验研究了钯（Pd）的自旋霍尔角的温度依赖性。制备了Ni80Fe20/Pd双层薄膜，并将纯自旋流动态注入到Pd层中。由于逆自旋霍尔效应，自旋流转换为电荷流。发现自旋霍尔角随温度变化，在123 K时自旋霍尔角的值增加到约0.02。
