摘要
过去几十年最引人注目的科学突破之一是利用宇宙微波背景（CMB）涨落的测量来精确检验我们对宇宙历史和组成的理解。本报告提出了引领CMB研究走向其逻辑下一步的路线图，即利用精密偏振测量来了解超高能物理学和大爆炸本身。
