将极化材料集成到纳米级器件中需要选择性调节参数以实现所需的光谱或热响应。α-MoO3是一种具有三种不同声子色散态的正交晶体,能够在中红外(MIR)范围内提供三种双曲声子极化子(HPhPs)色散。本文探讨了通过同位素富集的α-MoO3(98MoO3、Mo18O3和98Mo18O3)的光学和热响应可调性。观察到18O富集在Raman和IR活性TO声子中引起约5%的统一红移。报告了不同同位素变体的平面内和平面外热导率。首次性质计算既复制了实验发现,又分析了选取模式的三声子散射贡献。对98Mo18O3中HPhPs的Q因子进行了s-SNOM探测。在RB2和RB3中分别报告了HPhPs在[100]和[001]方向上Q因子最大值的约50%和约100%的提升。报告了在无需亚衍射表面散射器的情况下,对同位素富集α-MoO3单层板中更高阶HPhP模式在实数空间和傅里叶空间中的观察。该工作阐明了α-MoO3在热和纳米光学应用中的可调性。
