GECAM 同时探测事件的系统性研究

摘要

GECAM 是一套旨在探测高能瞬态现象(如伽玛射线暴、软伽玛射线复辉、太阳闪变和陆地伽玛射线闪光)的硬 X 射线和伽玛射线全景监测器. 由于拥有最高的时间分辨率 (0.1 μ\mus), GECAM 能够识别在 0.3 μ\mus 窗口内几乎同时在多个探测器中留下信号的所谓同时事件 (STE). 然而, STE 的性质和来源尚未探讨. 本文首次对 GECAM 检测到的 STE 进行全面分析, 包括其形貌、能量沉积以及相对于地磁坐标的依赖性. 我们发现, 这些 STE 可能源于高能带电宇宙射线与卫星直接相互作用. 这些结果表明, GECAM 能够检测、识别和表征高能宇宙射线, 将其用作地球低轨道上的微型宇宙射线观测器 (MICRO).
