氢掺杂法制备ErFeAsO基超导体

摘要

我们在此展示了利用氢掺杂法稳定具有LnFeAsO1-y (Ln = 镧系元素)系列中最小晶格常数的ErFeAsO基超导体的技术。通过在1100 {\deg}C、5.0-5.5 GPa压力下,将标称组成为ErFeAsO1-y (1-y = 0.75 ~ 0.95)的压片夹在LaFeAsO0.8H0.8组成压片之间进行加热,合成了多晶样品。晶格常数a = 3.8219 {\AA}、c = 8.2807 {\AA}的样品显示出最高的超导临界温度(Tc),分别由电阻率和磁化率的起始转变确定为44.5 K和41.0 K。我们讨论了LnFeAsO基超导体中Tc对Ln依赖性的相图。
