耦合非平衡激子 - 极化激元凝聚体的同步与去同步相

摘要
我们在平均场理论框架下，理论分析了耦合非平衡极化激元凝聚体的同步相与去同步相。针对两个耦合势阱，推导出了同步相存在的解析条件。数值研究了二维无序几何结构中多势阱的情形。讨论了与近期 CdTe 微腔中极化激元凝聚实验的联系。
