自由悬浮反铁电电容器的开关动力学与提升的效率

摘要

我们报告了反铁电锆酸铅(PbZrO3)自由悬浮电容器与其外延对应物相比的开关动力学。电滞回线的频率依赖性表明,与外延钳制电容器相比,自由悬浮电容器表现出更低的开关场色散、更低的剩余极化和更快的开关响应。因此,自由悬浮电容器膜表现出更好的储能密度和效率。
