摘要

我们提出了一种时分复用的 DS-DBR/SOA 门控系统，以在 S-/C-/L-波段实现低功耗快速调谐。演示了亚纳秒切换，利用 AI 技术可在 6.05 THz 上支持 122 个 $\times$ 50 GHz 信道。
