对于即将到来的 6G 无线网络,重新构成智能表面是一种关键技术,使其能够在反射和透射两种模式下实现动态波束成形和信号操控。预计将利用毫米波和 THz 频段,这既带来独特机遇,也带来重大挑战。选择能够支持高频运行、最小损耗和高效率的切换技术尤为复杂。本文演示了先进组件(如肖特基二极管、存储器开关、液态金属开关、相变材料和 RF-SOI 技术)在 RIS 设计中的潜力,以克服 D 带(110-170 GHz)中传统技术固有的局限性。
