摘要
在此,我们呈现作为\textit{Swift}深银道面巡天(DGPS)一部分、旨在分类\textit{Swift} J170800402551.8的多波段观测活动结果。我们利用\textit{Swift}、\textit{NICER}、\textit{XMM-Newton}、\textit{NuSTAR}及南非大望远镜(SALT)的机遇目标(ToO)观测,以及来自\textit{Gaia}、VPHAS和VVV的多波段存档观测。该源在我们的\textit{XMM-Newton}观测中显示784 s的周期。X射线能谱(\textit{XMM-Newton}与\textit{NuSTAR})可由温度\,\, keV的热韧致辐射描述。折叠相位的X射线光变曲线显示双峰、能量依赖的脉冲轮廓。我们使用\textit{Chandra}精确源定位,从而识别并研究多波段对应体。SALT光谱从光学对应体识别出Balmer H线及潜在的HeI线。对应体的暗弱(\,\, AB mag)支持低质量供体星。基于这些判据,我们将\textit{Swift} J170800402551.8分类为中介偏振激变变星候选体,其中白矮星自转周期为784 s。
